Our company independently develops and owns the intellectual property rights to the "De" brand graphite polystyrene series products. The extruded graphite polystyrene raw material contains "near-nanoscale" natural flake graphite, with the addition amount controlled at 4.5%~5%. Graphite polystyrene products not only retain the advantages of EPS materials such as lightweight, impact resistance, heat insulation, and sound insulation, but also, due to the unique layered structure of graphite, possess superior infrared reflection and blocking properties, more effectively reducing the material's thermal conductivity, making them suitable products for the field of building energy-saving insulation. Our company independently researches and designs domestically produced molding graphite polystyrene product manufacturing equipment, including intermittent pre-expansion machines, vacuum board forming machines, and fully automatic cutting machines, achieving integrated production of all processes from pre-expansion, curing, molding, aging and maintenance, to board cutting. This equipment utilizes the globally advanced Siemens control system for automated control. The intermittent pre-expansion machine is the first of its kind in China and currently boasts the largest production capacity among metered foaming equipment available domestically. The automated board forming machine uses stainless steel as the base material and employs vacuum heating technology, resulting in stronger penetration and superior mechanical properties of the boards.
